1. Service Description

iteroo includes an informational website (www.iteroo.app) and a web app (planner.iteroo.app) that helps you plan trips and create itineraries. iteroo is not a travel agency or tour operator: we do not sell tickets, issue vouchers, or manage bookings. The app is in beta and may change over time.

2. Account and Requirements

To use certain app features, you may need to create an account or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activities performed through your account and must provide accurate information. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights. The service is not intended for users under 16.

3. Email Communications

By signing up for the app, you may receive service communications and product updates by email (e.g., new features, important changes, technical notices).

We use a third-party email delivery provider to manage these sends: your email is added to our list to send you updates about iteroo.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each email; in that case you may miss non-essential communications. Where necessary, we may still send strictly technical/security notices. You can also close your account in the app (or request support) to stop using the service.

4. Limitation of Liability and No Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. The app is an MVP/beta and may contain bugs or inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iteroo is not liable for data loss, indirect damages, or consequences arising from the use (or inability to use) the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., willful misconduct or gross negligence, where applicable).

AI suggestions and content: itineraries, times, prices, availability, and descriptions may be incomplete or wrong. You must always verify information before booking or undertaking activities (e.g., transport, weather, entry requirements, closures, safety).

5. Intellectual Property

The iteroo trademark, logo, design, text, and original content on the website and app are protected. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. External Links and Affiliates

iteroo may include links to third-party services (e.g., booking platforms) and participate in affiliate programs (e.g., Viator). Bookings and payments always happen on third-party sites/apps, outside iteroo.

If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not change the price and does not limit your choices: you are free not to use affiliate links.

Third-party services have their own terms and policies; iteroo is not responsible for content, availability, cancellations, refunds, service quality, or data processing carried out on those platforms. Any dispute about bookings/experiences is between you and the third-party provider.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. We may update these terms at any time; the updated version will be published on the website/app with an updated date. By continuing to use the service after changes, you accept the updated terms.
